Such a comfortable stay in a fabulous town. Good choice for travelling to Portsmouth and exploring local places. Spotlessly clean and budget units with heating, a great shower, a much older bathroom, and enthusiastic staff. Sensational and delicious breakfast, especially coffee and tea. Marvellous location, very quiet area, near to shops and restaurants, and Portsmouth at 10.30am. Besides, easy to get to The d-Day Story Museum.

Very very nice stuff and the place was clean. Airy, luxurious unit with comfy bed, a nice updated feel, for example. Variety of meals for breakfast, including coffee and tea. The location amazing and lovely in the Pub which is also part of the Mercer Collection. Overall a very comfortable stay in a fabulous town.

Well, it was a really nice stay in a fabulous town. I found the hotel's location good, very close to lots of attractions. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby. The garden bar was a delightful surprise.
As for me, the area was horrible.
